Director of Operations / Real Estate Consultant
Lacey is the Director of Operations and Real Estate Consultant for The Halstead Team at Keller Williams Realty Central Valley. Born and raised in the Central Valley of California she met Norma and Brian Halstead in the fall of 2018. Originally hired on as an Administrative Assistant, it was quickly apparent that she was moving well beyond that role. Lacey became such an integral part of the business that she became part owner of The Halstead Team Corporation. Starting off with a husband wife team, The Halstead Team has now grown beyond belief. The team includes her Rainmaker, three Agents, and herself the DOO and Agent. Lacey is an absolute team player who is passionate about growth and succeeding through others. She goes above and beyond to see that her team’s goals are met and is there to guide them with the models she has in place.
Lacey is a family oriented person, who treats her friends and colleagues like family as well. When she’s not serving her team she loves spending time with her daughter and son. They are passionate about softball, traveling and spending quality time together. Lacey’s mission is to be a positive force in the lives of others. She has a passion for pouring into others and loves to witness others succeed. She strives to be a part of something bigger! She strives to serve her team, core group of friends and associates. Lacey is looking forward to transforming and touching many lives through coaching and mentoring others.
