I served in the US Army in the 82nd Airborne Division as an Infantryman, where I did 18 jumps from a variety of different aircraft. I jumped out of UH-1H Huey, CH-47 Chinook, UH-60 Blackhawk, C130 Hercules, and a C141 Starlifter. I wish the C-17 Globemaster would have been in operation at that time. I then went to the Berlin Brigade and left the Army as a Sergeant. I had a great three years in Berlin. What a great city. I would never have thought that eventually the Wall would come down and Germany would be reunited again. While in Berlin I was able to meet with President Ronald Reagan twice.

I returned back to the United States and took on a glamorous position as a line haul Truck Driver before stepping up my game to garbage truck driver. ;-)

In October 1992 I started work with the Stockton Police Department as a Police Officer. I also started investing in real estate in the mid-1990s. I promoted to Sergeant in 2004, then retired in 2009. I continued to invest in real estate in California and Texas, working with some great REALTORS©. I appreciated all their hard work and wanted to some day emulate them.

After enjoying a few years of retirement I got my real estate license in 2015 and started my career as a REALTOR©. My wife Norma soon joined me and we have had a great time serving our clients buying, selling and investing in real estate.

We have had many friends sell their houses here in California and leave the state. We have developed relationships with REALTORS© in other states so we have great people to refer our friends to when they leave.
